Now in its tenth year, Corpus Christi’s K Space Contemporary again presents its Third Coast National exhibition, which opens tomorrow night, September 2, from 5:30-9pm.

Internationally renowned (but always based in Houston Heights!) artist Sharon Kopriva served as guest juror this year, sifting through 611 images to select 59 works by 59 artists “from all over the USA” (really, they’re mainly from Texas). For those who would like to see what (mainly) Texas artists are doing these days and what a long-time Texas artist thinks of what’s going on, check out this show. Sharon will be giving a talk the following morning at K Space, September 3 at 10am.

Friday evening will be a twofer because the Corpus Christi Artwalk is also going on!
