David Politzer received a BS in Studio Art from Skidmore College in 1998, and an MFA in Photography from Syracuse University in 2005. In 2012, he was the recipient of the Carol Crow Fellowship at the Houston Center for Photography. His work appears in the collections of the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, Museum of Northern Arizona in Flagstaff, Anderson Museum of Contemporary Art, Roswell, New Mexico, as well as the Lowe Art Gallery at Syracuse University, New York. Politzer currently lives and works in Houston, Texas.
