400 works by Victoria school kids will be on display in a fromer GAP store at the Victoria Mall as they compete for placement in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. The work will be on display from 12-9pm Saturday and from 12-6pm Sunday, when winners will be driven to Houston to be auctioned off for scholarships. "The money that’s out there is unbelievable for those kids," said Candace Coyle, an art teacher at Torres Elementary School who coordinated the elementary entries.
