The Impressionists (and post-impressionists) are coming to Houston in February 2011. 50 "Impressionist and Post-Impressionist Masterpieces from the National Gallery of Art" will be on loan to the MFAH. $20 timed-entry ($25 for a premium, untimed experience) tickets for this special-admission show go on sale on December 13. On free days, admission will be a mere $15. It’s cheaper than a plane ticket to Washington D.C., where admission to the NGA itself is always FREE.
