Cleveland "The Flower Man" Turner’s house, a street-art landmark in Houston’s Third Ward got hit hard by Ike. The Orange Show is organizing a workday this Saturday, October 4 from 10-5 to clear a dead tree, fix the roof, fences and ceilings and restore the Flower Man’s House to its original splendor. Bring tools and work gloves, especially pruning shears, a chain saw or a shop vac. The Orange show will supply cold drinks.
