The city of Houston has put out a call to artists for seven new public art projects, deadline August 6. The big news is, Houston Arts Alliance (a.k.a. HAA, formerly CACHH), has actually come out with a nifty Flash website about these opportunities — perhaps an indicator that the hip new efficient HAA we've all been hearing about is coming to fruition?
