A lecture by animation artist Takeshi Murata. “Murata’s approach to filmmaking embraces new computer software, and frequently innovates uses for existing technologies. Murata’s past projects have incorporated intricate hand-drawn animations, computer-generated imagery, digital scans of three-dimensional objects and intentionally corrupted video.” The lecture will take place in room 1.102 of the Art Building.
