Robert Moskowitz’s works on paper are featured in his exhibition at Lawrence Markey Gallery. Consisting of pastels and oils on paper, Moskowitz’s signature reductive style work offers high contrast silhouettes, repeated in varying scales. The motifs in his paintings range from iconic architectural images of the Empire State Building and the World Trade Center Towers, to images derived from the works of masters such as Rodin, Giacometti and Van Gogh. A fully illustrated catalogue with an essay by Philip Van Keuren accompanies this exhibition.
