The refurbished, prizewinning Bayou City Art Festival camps out in downtown Houston this weekend, with booths by the Orange Show, Lawndale and 300 other artists and orgs. Saturday and Sunday, October 18-19 the streets and plazas around Houston’s City Hall and Central Library, will be closed to traffic to create a "stress-free outdoor gallery." 10am-6pm
