Debbie McNulty will join Houston Endowment as a grant officer working with arts organizations on February 25, leaving her post as executive director of Art League Houston. McNulty fills the position at Houston Endowment previously held by Emily Todd, who now serves as the Mayor’s Assistant for Cultural Affairs.
