Some interesting upcoming shows at CAM: Nexus Texas, a group show of TX artists, opens this August, and curator Toby Kamps comes out with his first CAM-curated show, The Old, Weird America (nice title!) about the resurgence of folk imagery in contemporary art, opening next May. They're also doing a design show in January '08 and some trendoid Perspectives shows with some emerging new media darlings. Stuff to look forward to at CAM!
