It was a sun-dazzled, beer-sodden scorcher at the Art Car parade, so bear with me if the info is fuzzy: Mel Chin is making a short animated film about 9/11 in conjunction with Creative Time (we love you guys!) and it’s supposed to be really good. He’s making it in Santiago, Chile, which if nothing else is glamorous. Look for the LA-NYC-Houston simulcast premiere this fall.
