“An art show, DACE KIDD SOLO SHOW, will open August 25 in Downtown Tyler. The Martin Walker Law Firm at 121 N. Spring Ave. will host the exhibit in its award-winning facility, which historically served as the Arcadia Theater but now serves as the law firm headquarters.
Artwork to be displayed at the show will include paintings, drawings, and sculpture that Kidd has created in past 8 years since the last solo show. The exhibit will showcase over thirty new artworks along pieces that hasn’t been shown in Texas.
Dace Kidd is a Latvian born American artist living and working in Tyler, Tx. She creates paintings that reference different art styles and genres and large-scale site-specific installations.
