The 2013 11th Annual Lone Star EMMY Awards were held in San Antonio this past weekend, and HoustonPBS won several awards, including a big one in the Arts/Entertainment category, “Best Program Feature/Segment,” for Here Lies Michael Bise.
Congratulations to Producer Don Geraci and Photographer/Editor Matthew Brawley (who was also nominated as best editor for the same documentary). Of course, it helps to start with a thoughtful, talented, charismatic subject. Take a look:
