Beyond Mexico’s concrete jungles, the pristine scenery, which seemed endless only a century ago, is now waning fast. Hyde contrasts Urbi et Orbi—urban and natural settings to see if “in our anthropocentric era, it is possible to remove human beings from the center around which contemporary art revolves.”
