Footage of recently deceased gonzo actor Dennis Hopper’s 1983 Dynamite Death Chair performance at
the big H speedway in Houston is now on Youtube! After a lecture/performance at
the Rice Media Center, busloads of spectators went to the speedway where Hopper
performed a stunt in which he sat inside a ring of explosives and blew himself
up. Those who were there remember it as a strange night.
