“The 20th Annual High School Art Exhibition opens this Sunday, March 24. Featuring works by select high school seniors and juniors from schools all across East Texas, the works are quite imaginative and diverse. Celebrating young aspiring artists as well as their educators, this community-focused exhibition includes works from All Saints Episcopal School, Bullard High School, Chapel Hill High School, Chisum High School, Christian Heritage School, Cumberland Academy, Elkhart High School, Frankston High School, Hawkins High School, Jacksonville High School, Kilgore High School, Mt. Pleasant High School, Sulphur Springs High School, Tyler High School, Tyler Legacy High School, Whitehouse High School and Winona High School.
Join us for the Opening Celebration this Sunday, March 24 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Free and open to the public, this celebration will include light refreshments. While visiting the show, make sure and cast your vote for the ‘People’s Choice’ award. Votes can be cast daily through the end of Saturday, May 18. The winner will be announced at the concluding Awards Ceremony on Sunday, May 19 at 2:30 p.m.
During the run of this exhibition, admission to the museum will be free.
