The Parrish Art Museum in Southampton, NY has appointed Andrea Grover, founder of Houston’s Aurora Picture Show, as Associate Curator, picking off another cherry from the top of the Texas art tree. The museum hired away Terrie Sultan from Houston’s Blaffer Art Museum in 2008. Grover will begin her position in January 2011 when she finishes her current Warhol Curatorial Fellow with the STUDIO for Creative Inquiry and Miller Gallery, Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA.
