From Aurora Picture Show:
“Aurora Picture Show’s Extremely Shorts Film Festival is an eclectic showcase of adventurous, new short films (3 minutes or shorter) of all kinds from around the world. This year’s guest juror, documentary filmmaker and educator Elaine McMillion Sheldon, has selected the films from global submissions. The 25th annual Extremely Shorts festival program features short films from 12 countries–the United States (including several made in Texas), Canada, Brazil, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands, Israel, and Iran. The program will have two in-person screenings on May 20 and 21 at Aurora Picture Show in Houston, with some of the participating filmmakers scheduled to attend. The program will also stream online for three days, May 27-29. As always, audiences are invited to vote for their favorite films, and cash prizes will be awarded for both Audience Choice and Juror Choice films.”
