December 4 - January 30, 2021
A solo exhibition featuring work by Kim Karlsrud.
From LHUCA:
“Using vernacular landscape materials as both medium and subject, I explore the dynamics of urban ecosystems at multiple spatial and temporal scales through site-based interventions and multi-media installations. My work registers overlooked social and ecological processes, while inviting new modes of understanding and interaction between them. These works are intended to invite new ways of understanding the nature of place, and the place of nature in a rapidly changing world.”
