From the Arlington Museum of Art:
“Brought together for the first time by the Arlington Museum of Art, American artist Adam Fung and Canadian artist Sabrina Ratté contemplate the immense power and crescive fragility of our natural world through immersive digital art. From our vantage point inside the art itself, we tap into a sense of wonder as we rediscover that truth seldom sits on the surface. One Point Five Degrees draws its name from the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) report on global climate change, which asserts that an increase in the Earth’s temperature of over 1.5 degrees is a point of no return. This exhibition, which was curated by the AMA, is part of the grand opening of the museum’s new location.”
