Old oak rots out

Although the museum has spent $21,000 trying to save it, one of three 200+ year old oak tree in front of Laguna Gloria’s Driscoll Villa in Austin is to be cut down, the victim of an incurable fungus that has rotted it’s core and destroyed it root system.
