Veteran art administrator Catherine Horsey has been named executive director of La Reunion TX, the nonprofit art retreat outside of Dallas. Horsey is going to make the changeocver from the primarily art-programming mode the org has been in for the past five years, filling it’s forested 35-acre tract in north Oak Cliff with outdoor art, to a get-serious-and-start-building-things mode that will begin with two derelict buildings on the site and renovate them into an artist residency program.
