Hanger Orthopedic Group has winnowed through the 60 submissions in its corporate headquarters sculpture contest to pick ten finalists: Bryan Dubreuiel, Montena Fink, Morgan Graff, Cody Hooper, John Howell, Seth Hudson, Jonestown, Liza Shadrin, Austin, D.L. Tolar, Wimberley, Leigh Taylor Wyatt, and Sydney Yeager will now all get $500 prizes, and compete for both a $1000 employee’s choice award and the big commission itself. With open entry, a mixed jury of art professionals, critics and clients, recognition for all participants, and the final piece being auctioned off for charity, could this be an ETHICAL art contest?
