April 30 - June 4, 2011
Gavin Perry creates complex paintings and sculptures based around the idea of process. Decisions are turned into chance encounters with poured, spilled paint that create frozen layers of fluidity and movement. His new work with poured resin, and circular saw cuts and creates a series of tongue in cheek action paintings that take a sly look back at the history of action painting.
