Want to Submit an Event to Glasstire?
Please carefully follow these instructions.
• Email your event to [email protected] at least 2-3 weeks before the event opens. To be considered for our weekly Top 5 list, events must be received at least 1 week in advance of opening.
• The subject line should include either the opening date of the exhibition or the date of the event and nothing else. This allows easer organization for our Events Editor.
• All text should be in the body of the email, not as an attachment, and not as an image embedded in the email.
• Include the following:
– Opening date
– Closing date
– Reception date/time (if applicable)
– Artist(s) names (in a list, separated by commas. I.e. “Joe Smith, Bob Green, Steven Jones”)
– Exhibit title
– Venue name, address, phone & website for the general public
– A brief description of the work and/or artist(s) is very helpful.
• We need an image! Images should be 72 dpi and max. 2,000 pixels across.
• We strongly discourage ambiguous emails with only a PDF attachment.
• Please do not send fundraiser announcements to this email.
Keep in mind that submitting an event does not guarantee that it will be posted. All events are subject to review by our editors.
