Want to Submit an Event to Glasstire?
Please carefully follow these instructions.
• Email your event to firstname.lastname@example.org AT LEAST 2 -3 weeks before the event opens.
• Use an identifying subject line with a date (i.e., Jane Doe at XYZ Gallery, Opens Saturday, January 1, 7-9 pm)
• All text should be in the body of the email, not as an attachment, and not as an image embedded in the email.
• Include the following:
– Opening date
– Closing date
– Reception date/time (if applicable)
– Artist(s) names
– Exhibit title
– Venue name, address, phone & website for the general public
– A brief description of the work and/or artist(s) is very helpful.
• We need an image! Images should be 72 dpi and max. 2,000 pixels wide. Files larger than 3 MB will be rejected.
• We strongly discourage ambiguous emails with only a PDF attachment.
• Please do not send fundraiser announcements to this email.
Keep in mind that submitting an event does not guarantee that it will be posted. All events are subject to review by our editors.
