“The Janette Kennedy Gallery presents Finding Balance II, a solo exhibition by Mikey Hernandez. Hernandez presents a body of work that is a culmination of his MA and MFA thesis work. His art explores the movement of materials in his process and the mindfulness through the practice of yoga. As he finds balance in pose, he also finds balance in his process and composition. The opening reception of Finding Balance II will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2024, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., with an artist talk at 2:30 p.m.”
