“Please join us for an opening reception celebrating Daniel Wang and Loc Huynh’s exhibition “Guided By Water” at Martha’s on Friday, May 24, 2024, from 6:00-9:00 PM at the gallery’s location on 4115 Guadalupe Street. The exhibition will remain open during regular business hours, 12-6 PM Friday through Saturday until June 15, 2024, and can also be viewed by appointment.

The show emphasizes how water plays a critical role in our everyday lives and upbringing. Both artists grew up vacationing at the lakes and beaches of Texas where the waterways were a place of both play and nourishment. The works examine how overconsumption and commercialization have strained our most precious resource that guides all life in every form- water.”
