“International landscape photographer, Donna Carnahan, celebrates Czech Heritage month in Texas, in collaboration with FotoFest Biennale ’22 with an exhibition of fine art photography of Prague aerials and cityscapes.
Czech Center Museum Houston is pleased to present a selection of photographs by international photographer and Houstonian, Donna Carnahan. Carnahan visits her ancestral homeland, Czech Republic for the first time in 2015, documenting the architecture and old-world beauty of mystical Prague in “Czech it Out: from the lens of a Czech Houstonian”. The exhibit is produced and presented in conjunction with Czech Heritage Month in Texas during October.
Experience the view from atop Petřín Lookout Tower of musical Prague, the city of one hundred spires. Explore scenes of modern Prague through the lens of Donna Carnahan. The architectural masterpieces of Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, Prague Astronomical Clock, St. Vitus Cathedral, Dancing House, and Old Town Square are featured focal points in her exhibition.”
