“TX–The eighth annual Art & Words Show will pair eleven writers with eleven visual artists for a weeklong collaborative showing.
Each of the eleven writers will respond to a work of art as inspiration for a poem, story, or essay, while each artist will respond to a piece of writing as inspiration for a work of art. The cross-genre collaboration will result in forty-four works—twenty-two pairs—of art and words including poetry, fiction, painting, and sculpture in various genres including science fiction, mainstream, fantasy, and horror.”
