in all this Bill is right , but not so , in regards to thinking that Wheeler is an outsider poser, Wheeler is most likely an imagintive individual who is a product of the Panhandle, but to shame him in to thinking he is not conceptually cool enough to run with the likes of a El’grande’CoCo clock maker poised to make a conceptual ruff with the neive and immature, some sort of delibrateness (sp) ahhh Wheeler is who he is, i am amazed you would try and explain him, like this
