Fruits of Our Labor pays homage to the rich history of ceramic artistry, dating back nearly 30,000 years, as artists continue the tradition of shaping clay into both functional and non-functional objects. Through the hands of these skilled artisans, earth is transformed into intricate pieces that reflect body, soul, and the essence of human experience. The exhibition promises a captivating journey through a variety of clay-based creations, offering visitors a glimpse into the future artifacts waiting to be discovered.

Ornamental Cabbage Gallery is the brainchild of Dani Becknell, a Texas-based sculptor working primarily in ceramics and with a practice rooted in personal experience and emotional interpretation of the world around her. Serving as both a gallery and studio space, Ornamental Cabbage is a testament to Becknell’s dedication to fostering a vibrant ceramics community in San Antonio.”
