Join us in celebration of Dallas Art Month (DAM) and Asian & Pacific Islander American Heritage Month (APAHM) from 4/20-5/3/2025. Popping up with arts activations across North Texas, the Dallas Asian American Art Collective (DAAART) presents: “Ginger Roots, Texas: Asian American Arts Festival.”
The Dallas Asian American Art Collective is bringing two weeks of Asian American arts programming all across DFW, partnering with organizations such as the Dallas Asian American Historical Society (DAAHS), Crow Museum of Asian Art, Asian Film Festival of Dallas, Cedars Union Art Incubator, the Dallas Film Commission, 400h Gallery (Sundance Square), SPACY Microcinema, and the Orchid Giving Circle.
Our inaugural Ginger Roots features programming led by Asian Texans across creative fields such as literature, film, visual arts, music, and culinary arts; and spotlights South Asian, Southeast Asian, West Asian, and East Asian Texan talent.
