This month, unwind with a Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath Meditation led by Brandy Michele Adams of WAAS Gallery. Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative, guided meditation practice that promotes physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
Combined with a sound bath—a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls—this session supports stress relief, improved sleep, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
Enjoy a calming 45-minute session beginning with breathwork, followed by the sound bath meditation, and time for journaling afterward. Please bring your own mat; there will be limited mats available to borrow.
