From ARChouse:
“ARChouse is pleased to present the wonderful paintings of Catherine Colangelo. These colorful yet sublime works depict Colangelo’s meditations and introspections. Her paintings feel totemic, as if they could serve as diagrams of personal journeys taken by everyone.
FROM THE ARTIST “Created during a challenging time, these paintings explore the complicated parent-child relationship and the desire to protect a loved one. Intuitively painted with colorful patterns, the work functions as protective talismans and examines the uplifting power of color and the creative process during emotional periods in our lives.”
