“Aurora Picture Show’s annual Extremely Shorts Film Festival is an eclectic showcase of short films (3 minutes or shorter) of all kinds from around the world. This year’s guest juror is Adam Piron, Programmer for the Sundance Film Festival, Associate Director of Sundance Institute’s Indigenous Program, and co-founder of the Indigenous experimental film collective COUSIN. Piron has selected 24 films from hundreds of submissions. The 24th annual Extremely Shorts festival program will be presented in two outdoor screenings at Aurora Picture Show’s courtyard (June 5 & 6). The program will also stream online for three days the following week, June 10-12. Both in-person and virtual viewers can vote for the Audience Award.”
