July 25 - September 19, 2020
A group exhibition curated by Tommy Taylor.
From the Gallery:
“A kind of mirage of experience motivates these abstract works. The artists begin to describe themselves as ‘a hunter and gatherer’, ‘antennas … absorbing ever-shifting experiences’, ‘peripheral vision’, and a day ‘as something amorphous, vague, with no skeleton or schema. These are the results of decades of study and experience to contend with an impatient world through process. In our everyday sea or desert of traffic or quarantine and news, these are the abstractions that many might at first feel are unattainable.”
