September 27 - October 13, 2019
A two-person exhibition featuring work by Alicia Philley and Emily Hoyt-Weber.
“Long-time Austin artists Philley and Hoyt-Weber play with the ways we navigate visual perception through bright, abstract art made of wood, paint and steel. Each work changes subtly as viewers move around it. The artists’ collaboration has produced a body of work with surprising and intriguing relationships. Philley’s colorful compositions of curving linear elements serve as a counterpoint to Hoyt-Weber’s mathematically inspired line drawings in space.”
