September 7 - October 26, 2019
A solo exhibition of sculpture by Susannah Mira.
“The dimensional plywood wall sculptures in this show use a star motif to refer to the ancient practice of wayfinding. Together as a group, they point in every imaginable direction, leaving the question of orientation up to the viewer. Each of these units is made of discarded triangles, sourced from a local laser cutting company, one of an ongoing series of sculptural works designed utilizing scrap material of the so-called contemporary maker movement.”
