March 2 - April 6, 2018
An exhibition featuring works by Houston-based artist Barry Elkanick. “Elkanick’s work combines process-based abstract painting with conceptual narratives that draw from: inner subjectivity, personal histories, and contemporary cultural phenomenon. An anti-escapist concept, Put the Painting in its Coffin explores the notion of Elkanick’s disinterest in the void. The show will consist of all new works including painting, sculpture & non-functional furniture.”
