Come out and celebrate Glasstire’s 10th anniversary with a series of events! First, and perhaps most star-studded, is a panel on the topic of regionalism and its role in the contemporary art world. The panel features art critical rock star, 2007 Venice Biennale curator, and dean of Yale University School of Art Robert Storr,; Los Angeles Times critic David Pagel; Houston’s own Menil curator Toby Kamps; and Michael Galbreth, 50% of the Art Guys, will all join Glasstire correspondent and Fort Worth Contemporary Arts director Christina Rees in what promises to be an enlightening discussion of regionalism in the post-political, post-global, post-racial, post-art miasma in which we all currently find ourselves marinating.
Panel: May 7, 2011 | 11 am – 1 pm
