Candidates must have a bachelors degree and professional sales and marketing experience. Must be outgoing with good communication skills, energetic, organized, and dependable. Proven luxury sales experience is preferred. Must have experience using social media, email marketing, and event planning.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, G Suite, Instagram and other social media, and photo editing.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the gallery. This includes: sales, creating ad content, social media and email marketing, exhibition management, planning events for the gallery and third parties, community outreach, and overseeing operations and administration of the gallery's brick and mortar and online platforms.
Work closely with the gallery's artists, manage the intake of new art, develop and maintain a database of interested parties for potential sales and plan and participate in a variety of ongoing events at the gallery.
Work closely with the gallery's existing creative staff to maintain our ongoing social and digital presence.
Manage the presentation of art in the gallery.
Ensure that the gallery is always fresh, clean and beautiful.
Other tasks as identified.
