Since 2017, ICOSA has engaged in exchanges with other artist-run art spaces locally and nationally. The first project was with Tiger Strikes Asteroid LA and Monte Vista Projects in Los Angeles. Other exchanges were with Rosalux Gallery in Minneapolis (2019), Clamp Light Studios in San Antonio (2021), and Antenna in New Orleans (2022).
