For those who prefer skin as the ultimate medium for fancy art, the Austin Convention Center is hosting the “Body Art Expo,” the world’s largest tattoo convention, this Friday through Sunday. As part of its “2013 Ink America Tour,” the Expo offers attendees the opportunity to gawk or actually get inked right there on the convention center floor by one of the many international tattoo artists. The event poster describes the Expo as “a gigantic skin show-off party.”
