NALAC FAQ

by Bill Davenport June 13, 2009

The NALAC Fund for the Arts is fixing to help Latino artists and arts organizations develop their creative talents, make lasting contributions to our communities, foster artistic innovation, self determination and community empowerment, etc. July 13, 2009 is the deadline for submitting their very weird online/offline application: you complete the online form, then they email it back to you, you print out three copies, and snail-mail it to them! Huh. Technology in transition? The money’s worth the hassle: in 2008 NALAC awarded $143,400 to 22 Latino artists and 17 Latino arts and culture organizations. Their faq has all the details.
