I have a picture by Jimmy Don Cox The Singing Cowboy. I am looking for the names of the people in the pictures.
I will never forget Jimmy so talented , we met at the Ben Johnson celebrity rodeo for kids. I have his art work in my home and the Ben and Blackie sculpture I got from Jimmy I tell everyone who visits my home about him and he talent. He died to young as so many talented people. I miss his friendship and his impression of gun smoke movie actor Festus his good friend . Lest We Forget Jimmy adios amigo your friend always Gunn.
I have two of his original Western paintings that were left to me by my mother. How do you know the value on these?
I knew him well personally and I have the Singing Cowboys print and a signed original print entitled “Return to Tombstone 1993, which was dedicated to my husband (who is in this picture) and myself. My husband Bobby Joe McFadden was a character actor and had a small part in the movie “Tombstone” — So sorry to hear he died…. I would like to find out what they are worth although I will never part with them…..
Jimmy lived with me in Tucson for a while, I miss him so. We had some wonderful talks. Rest In Peace Jimmy, you were loved.
I am a San Angelo native land have acquired an original Jimmy Cox painting “ Working at the Top”. I am interested in finding the value of this painting? Thank you!
