An exhibition of works created by Black and Latino students from the University of Texas at Arlington. “Curated and organized by Christine Adame and Spencer Evans, M.F.A. Studio Art Candidates at UTA, this project was conceived as an open space for expression by artists of color, and as a bond with the significant Black and Latino student populations at Cedar Valley College. Common ground for many of these 25 artists seemed often to grow from a search for self, place and familial bonds, despite their differences in histories, cultures and concerns.”
