June 2 - 30, 2013
This summer at the Jones Center, AMOA-Arthouse rolls out a special June Story Series, designed to engage children each Sunday afternoon with the exhibitions in the galleries. This new educational offering will inspire kids to learn about contemporary art through an approachable lens: imagination. In thirty minutes, professional storytellers will guide families through Pinaree Sanpitak’s installation Temporary Insanity and Seher Shah’s exhibition Constructed Landscapes while reading from thematically related children’s books.
5 SAturdays in June 1:00p.m. – 1:30p.m. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure spots, as space is limited.
