Watch Out seeks to highlight San Antonio’s fine art students in our city’s High Schools Art Programs.This year’s competition and show is co-hosted by UTSA. The co-jurors are UTSA President Dr. Ricardo Romo and UTSA Art Specialist Arturo Infante Almeida.
