This project by Dallas artist Janeil Engelstad investigates and documents alternative, sustainable and off-the-grid farming and ranching in Texas. There will be special demonstrations in conjunction with the exhibition, including a functioning worm farm that will demonstrate how worm castings can be used to naturally fertilize a garden.
